We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
